With a keen eye and breadth of experience, we identify undervalued, scenic land in rural areas within driving distance of key city centers. We secure the best parcels for purchase and assemble fractional investment groups who participate in the purchase.
After a property is acquired, it’s transformed into the Land Club Experience for our investing members (and eventually non-investing members) following thoughtful and sustainable design principles.

Our approach begins with identifying special places that live just beyond major cities. Then we turn over every stone to find the hidden or overlooked properties that match the Land Club profile. We do the negotiations, the number crunching, deal structuring, and all the due diligence, so that in the end, we have an amazing new property to add to the Land Club portfolio.
design & architecture
Each project starts with landscape architecture inspired by the characteristics of the site–its natural history, terrain, and micro climate. We design the development of the project, which starts with the Land Club Experience including design elements like multi-use platforms, outdoor tables, and trails.
Activities in the outdoors
Imagine your ultimate backyard–expanding far into the great outdoors–designed and equipped to provide a variety of activities, games, and sports. Owners and members enjoy a nearly unlimited selection of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and cross country skiing; mindful activities like yoga, meditation, and poetry reading; and games like bocce ball, disc golf, paddle tennis, badminton, and much more.

Sutter creek
Our first step in this global journey is in California, starting with Land Club Sutter Creek. The site consists of 60 hillside acres in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, with stunning panoramic views. It’s located in the heart of gold country and the burgeoning Amador County wine region, and is less than a mile away from the two charming towns of Sutter Creek and Amador City.
